We lack speed in my opinion...

We don't have a true base stealer, we've average ones but it's not a big deal but what I'd like to get Juan Pierre. We need a leadoff hitter with good speed and that could be on bases often because I"m sure you all knwo that we've a weak offence and the most of times we struggle getting on bases.
