Tommy Milone had an excellent strikeout rate in the minors, and I thought of him as a flyball pitcher. 
I'm enamored with the fireballers, anyway.
Just meant that DR's a contact/control lefty who knows how to pitch. Milone has done well in MLB so far without much of a fastball.
