Eh.  Windy and chilly for Saturday's game, so that should be back up to 4 hours.

Looks like a long and painful season ahead. I've lived through three Washington re-builds: 1955 - 1959, then 1961-1969, and 2005 - 2011. During the first, the Nats always had Roy Sievers and Jim Lemon, plus Pete Runnels and Eddie Yost, but no pitching. This one seems as dismal as the first several years of the Expansion Senators, before the team traded Osteen for Howard, McMullen, Phil Ortega, and Pete Richert. As Bob and Frandsen showed Zimmerman winning the first game at Nats Park, I wondered who the new Zim might be.

Here's hoping Gray and Gore pan out.

73 degrees and 20 mph winds per Wunderground.

I'll see if I can do it.  I'll look like an jerk lawyer who came straight from the office.

I'm an ugly guy with a mostly grey, badly trimmed beard who has the fat body of a former avid hiker who sits at a desk all day.

Found me, great meeting you Elvir!

I left the Loft, after a too long wait for lunch went to my seat purchased this morning in 133, and who should I be seated next to but...............Kimnat!    :hysterical: :hysterical:    TFS is now 23.

Ha, good meeting you too.  Too bad my comment about Abrams seeming like he could at least play a decent SS went belly-up so quickly.

so Tom - how many folks from WNFF have you met over the years?  The Elvir sighting is pretty prime.

It at least proves that there is a living, breathing human-shaped form behind all my bullcrap.
