I love Guzie, but he has got to stop swinging at the first pitch every time.

Awesome pitching.  Bergey is on pace to go 8 innings tonight.  Keep running up the count on Haren, and we can get him out of there by the 6th.

Keep in mind that their bullpen is one of the best.

I'd rather face anyone of those guys than Haren everytime.

I am sort of surprised. I voted for Roberts, but I am fine with Longoria making it.  The Rays needed more representation, anyway, with the way they have been playing thus far.

I voted for Roberts, too. He's one of the best leadoff men and he frustrates the hell out of pitchers.

Damn.  Haren is a beast.  Hopefully Bergey continues to dominate.

There will definitely be at least one home run in this game. I just hope it's one of our guys.

It seems with Bergmann, you can tell how he is going to pitch the rest of his innings from early on (first 2 or 3 innings).  If his command is on, he can last 7 or 8.  If its off, he will be gone by 5.

Bergmann is on fire. It's hell that we haven't scored even 1 run for him.

Jason's ERA is down to 3.89.

No chance to score this inning with No, Berns, and the pitcher coming up.

god dammit Bob, shut your face.

"when he gets it going he can hit it a mile".

NEWS FLASH BOB:  HE CAN'T "GET IT GOING" AND HE WON'T "HIT IT A MILE" BECAUSE HE SUCKS AND HE CAN'T EVEN MAKE DECENT CONTACT.

Bergmann has easily been our best pitcher over the last 2 months.

OT: I recommend the RUWT sports tracker to anyone who has Firefox. It's the first tracker that I've kept. 100% customizable and they're adding a "favorite teams tracker" soon. I dig it.

I'm gonna check that out.

Does anyone else think that we might as well have Redding or Perez pinch hit for some of our regulars?  At least they can bunt... better than nothing (Pena, Bernadina).

Cool. One of the best things about it is it doesn't slow down your computer AT ALL. Also, if you have the WNFF toolbar already, I recommend putting the tracker at the bottom of your browser.

ronny, me and you are going to fight.

I installed that ticker, and now I have a stupid alert on my screen that I can't move, or remove.

I'd like to see Bowden:
1) Trade Dmitri to a contender, to be a DH
2) Pick up freshly-cut Richie Sexson for the $162,500 we'd have to pay, while Seattle pays him $14 million this year,
3) CUT Pena!  If Seattle can walk away from FOURTEEN MILLION DOLLARS, Leatherpanties, than WE can walk away from Pena's TWO MILLION!

I've gotten to the point where I look at that last bunt attempt by Bernadina as being a pretty good attempt. I'm too used to our guys not even being able to make contact. :?
