what's Jordan baseball?

AIR JORDAN BASEBALL. I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO INSERT THAT. ZIMMERMAN IS THE YOUNG BILLBOARD NOW FOR JORDAN BRAND. HE'S BEEN WEARING EXCLUSIVE JORDAN CLEATS THAT ONLY TWO OTHER PLAYERS WEAR, ANDRUW JONES AND DEREK JETER. JORDAN IS VERY SELECTIVE.

Games like this, I almost have to blame Manny and the coaches, in addition to the players. This team is completely not prepared to play today.  Did they do any scouting of Dessens?  Did they watch any film of him pitching?  Did they have a strategy for beating this very bad pitcher?

I can't let the manager and coaches completely off the hook, here.

Losses ALWAYS go on the whole team, so of course you include management.

I think I'm just gonna start naming Little Leaguers that are better than our players

Hanrahan???  Oh boy.  I felt better when I thought it was Lannan pitching today.  Oh Woe are We!

Looks like things aren't going so well.  Anyone else wish Lannan had been the starter?

Just an off series. We'll come back in the next one and win some. Roller coaster of a season, but better than it could have been.

We can still rock this pitcher this game, though. You never know.

first what is Jordan Baseball, now who is Garrett Williams?! lol. He's the dominant Little League pitcher for Texas. He could have 2 complete game no hitters and 1 perfect game if it wasn't for the 85 pitch count. People claiming he is the most fundamental and basically best pitcher ever in the history of the LLWS.

Nah, Rockies are just on fire. Probably would have beaten up on him, too.

This suck fest series was caused by Chad Cordero, no doubt about it. That loss was the definition of demoralizing and we just couldn't regroup.

I wouldn't pin yesterday or today on Cordero but I do agree that Cordero is simply bad karma for this ballclub.  That's an intangible factor that does hurt the team as well.

Fine, but Cordero def contributed and started the tailspin.

Yeah, the Rockies definitely have our number, but I haven't seen solid performances of late from Joel.  I'm sure he's capable, but hasn't been showing it in the past few outtings.  I think the whole team is starting to slump.

How can you say the Rockies are on fire when we choke away a win on Friday and concede the game today? Walking 5 batters including the pitcher twice is unacceptable.  Today's game was very winnable and yet we lost it in the 2nd inning.

Now Colome will give Cordero and Rauch a lesson on what a lights out reliever really is.

Ohhh, that's a really bad sign.  I know that Rivera has a lot of fans, but I'm not a big one.  I haven't seen what they do.  He's ok, but I tend to get nervous when I see him pitching.

10 hits is 10 hits. Must be hitting pretty well, right?

We're getting shellacked.  That first loss killed us, plain and simple.

Not to be a drag but our "off" series typically come against better competition, yet we get Houston or Cincinnati then we seem to be doing OK.  We are 0-5-1 in our last 6 series against winning clubs, yet 4-1-1 in our last 6 series against losing clubs.

7 of our next 10 series are against teams with winning records :(  I hope this doesn't cost us our shot at 72 wins.

Is Manny even awake?  Elmer Dessens is pitching a 3 hitter after 5 innings
