but I thought I remembered them winning nearly all the series we've played against them.

Yeah...you may actually find me in one of the trees at a few games. Really, though, I'll probably just go to 10 or so. I may actually be moving to New York, so 10 would be right about at my max.

Before this season they were creaming us. I think we're winning the season series 3-2 or something like that.

We won 3 out of 4 in July against them.

Did you guys notice, with all of the negative threads resurfacing, I brought back all of the positive worship threads? lol

Holliday has to be one of the more underrated players. Even yesterday, Bob mentioned that Ian Stewart guy is going to be the 2nd star for them after Helton. Holliday's not a star?

I don't think I'm in either camp. I don't blow up or meltdown like some but I'm not really a positive poster either. I guess I'm probably more in the meltdown camp when it's all said and done

For this season at least, I've tried to stay pretty positive. This lineup doesn't scream wins yet to me, so I'm usually OK :).

Dmitri hasn't let up at all, has he? Really has been a great season for him.

2 for 2 already. Seems like he's had a TON of multi-hit games.

Yeah he is a good hitter. I'm glad we kept him for next season.

If you notice that I'm delayed in posting, my mother's computer has dial-up.  I'm staying with her since she doesn't feel at all well.  It's scary, because she refuses to go to the hospital even though I want to take her...

And if you're wondering, she's 70, even though I'm only 27.

He does seem to be turning it around, especially after that horrendous first half.

Wily needs two more RBI for 200 all time.

And he won't get it, KKKKKKKKKKK.

Sorry to hear that 2k6. I can understand how she feels about not wanting to go to the hospital but you should continue to try to talk her into going.

It is a sick time of the year. I always get sick this time of year. Older folks are more susceptible to these things, too. Hope she feels better.

Right now, she's having arm and back pain, and she's had heart problems in the past.  As for why she doesn't want to go, we had a false alarm just like this a few weeks ago, and it was stressful for nothing.  But better safe then sorry, I think.

QFT I lost my father 11 months ago so that's something I'm very sensitive about. Try your best to get her to the hospital one way or the other.

Gotta run.  :D
