He went from not playing for a few years to playing every day for months on end, at the most grueling position.  He should have been given more frequent breaks, perhaps getting 65% of the starts instead of what seemed well north of 80% (mindfact).
He started 51 out of 70 (72%) games from May 12 (Ramos injured) to August 4 (Suzuki's first start). It was still too many but yeah.
I thought he might have fetched a low level pitcher.

Given the mindfact, I'll assume sarcasm. But.

Least tradeable of the three? Wtf bizarro world am I living in? Pitchers are a dime a dozen. Catching is easily the most tortuous position. Damn, imagining holding that stance for five minutes pains me. Bottom line? Bottom line is young, talented and heralded catching prospects are f*ing rare. Does Flores look like he'll have a ton of success? Hell no. But for thirty teams, there aren't enough kids out there at Flores level that anyone will convince me some team wouldn't have offered something for him.

Flores will end up either playing alongside Thole with the Mets or backing up Castro in Houston. I guarantee it.
