If we booted Capps from the role after leading the ML in saves and getting 2 in a row in the last 2 nights. It would be one of the dumbest moves we ever made. aka. he got rest.

Me, and my fantasy team were really hoping to see Storen close it out tonight.

Good group at the ballpark last night (announced attendance 21,767, which looked about right)...is the Strasburg debut having a ripple effect all through our home schedule?

This is the perfect time for the Nats to get hot, with little to compete against for local interest - the Caps and Wizards are distant memories, Redskins camp is still over a month away and the only other teams playing right now are the Mystics, Freedom and DC United. A strong winning record from now till the All-Star break (after which point the burgundy-and-gold begins to make its presence felt) could put baseball front-and-centre in this town in a way it hasn't been since the Nats' arrival, and really get those turnstiles clicking.
