Davey is such an idiot.   Call comes up, is red hot, seeing 7 pitches an at bat, and he starts Rosario

Sell their tickets and go by yourself’

Why would I do that? The Nats are in town once a year. I'm trying to help my kids share my passion for the Nats. And, we made it to the end of the game.

Some parents give up too easy.

Time to put Rainey on the IL. There has to be something wrong that he is throwing 93 mph fastballs.

He is definitely broke. Needs to go to Rochester

I bet the under 8 on tonight's game. It was looking pretty good until I saw Rainey come in the 8th. Still, he only had to get through the inning before giving up three runs. He should be able to do that, shouldn't he ..... shouldn't he?

Was thinking the exact same thing.

This Rosario nonsense has to end soon.

  • Platoon - not just a movie, a baseball obsession

I was more annoyed by the bad fielding than his attempts to have productive at bats. I think he's bringing hitting problems into the field and spacing out. Call gives you good defense, especially in the corners, and grinds his ABs. Even if you give up the platoon advantage, I'd still rather see him in against righties for now with Gallo and Thomas on the IL and Garrett and Wood in the minors.

I get it - in order to maintain a sense of fairness, we decided to be the Washington Marlins....

From mlb.com - ' 'it wasn't very good' said manager Davie Martinez'. So DM retains his Master Of Understatement title... ;)
