Instructions to activate MiLB.tv with an existing MLB.tv account are about midway down. You basically log into your MLB.tv account, then click on this link: https://www.mlb.com/commerce/redeem/milbtv

Thanks.  I actually found the email they sent with my subscription and clicked a link there and it works.  Same thing I guess.  Can watch on laptop and phone.
