Baseball Podcasts?
« Topic Start: February 01, 2018, 02:23:52 PM »
I was wondering if anyone has good baseball podcasts they recommend. I have gotten hooked on Effectively Wild (which is fantastic). But I need more to cover my drive back and forth to Baltimore for work. And I am too lazy to listen to ones that will turn out to not be good. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I kind of wish Scott Podsednik had one.

I like the PosCast. It's not strictly baseball, but there's a lot of baseball in there during the season. It's not super serious, but I do enjoy it. Their Christmas Music episode was one of the funniest podcasts I've ever listened to.

Y'all will may be sick of the local yokel's but in season, I really like Grant and Danny's and Dan Kolko's Nats centric podcasts. I don't remember what they're called off hand.

Anything from Fangraphs hosted by Carson Cistulli is great.

And The Wheelhouse is Seattle Mariners centric - but GM Jerry DiPoto is the co-host. And DiPoto is good on the podcast. Told the story of when he was a Rockies reliever and lived in suburban Denver in neighborhood filled with Avalanche and Rockies players and the flag football games they'd have against each other.
