My roof is ridiculously high and steep and I have a middle house - when I get some extra cash I'm going to get something put up to cover my gutters.
I do a lot of chores around the house myself, but going up multi-stories high to do gutter work isn't one of them. That's when you pay someone. If you have a townhouse, it should only cost you no more than $200 or so to do them.
