Yeah, but that one didn't surprise me.

Really?  Everybody knows Ankiel's rep but that throw was exceptional even for him.  Ramos just stood there like they were playing catch in the back yard!

Ankiel's first K since coming back.  Took him, what, 10 ABs?  Not bad.

Bob just said the Astros aren't broadcasting this game for some reason.

Hmm.  I don't know if it was last season or the season before, but I remember that the Marlins didn't televise I think four of their games.  One of them was a near no-hitter :)

Agree
How can you not televise every game?  It's 2012.

Stop it with the false compliment for Bernadina. You only typed that to mask your fanboi erection for Desmond.

I'm watching the game with CMD for 2nd straight day and said he really has had two good ABs in big situations.

So STFU annie

Why don't the nats pinch hit here ?

Is Mattheus Davey's Clippard?

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe with our bullpen, Davey feels we have more than enough padding of lead

This is from a Marlins blog before the 2010 season:
Quote
The Marlins have 150-games scheduled for regional television for the upcoming regular season.  I will never understand why we don't get to see all 162, but we never do.  Do other teams only have a partial schedule shown on the teevee?  I guess we should be happy we get the vast majority of them, but still.

Why did Mattheus bat?

Maybe they want to get more than 1/3 of an inning from him.

Why don't the nats pinch hit here ?

I'm guessing a combo of these:

1.  Bullpen has been overused in the series against Cincy
2.  Davey stated he doesn't want to have Clippard pitch tonight
3.  They have a four run lead

I can't help but imagine how Espinosa feels watching this game (aside from obviously being happy his team is winning)
