O's fans are horribly entitled, I'm not sure if they've learned anything. All the more so now that we suck and they're great.

tbh, it might be fun in a few years when you have Adley, Gunnar, Westford, Kremer, etc.. at their peaks while we have perhaps Wood, Crews, House, Gore etc  ...

I'd be down for the rivalry getting hot again. Always good to have teams to hate, and that's best when both teams are competitive.

As always, freak the blOhs
The apple did not fall far from the Peter Angelos tree. He’s a very good announcer. Everyone knows the team sucked for years. Guys like McDonald and Palmer should threaten to boycott. They have loads of money. Show some spine.

Welcome to Orioles baseball on MASN, as we take you live to Tropicana Field where the O's look to improve their win streak to an impressive 273 games.

lmao

Unbelievable.

And of course, right after I basically said, "at least Peter isn't running things anymore," just to make me look like a friggin :clown:
among the many odd things is, MASN had the graphic up with the past results and he was basically reading them. Also, I listened to him, and more or less the tone was, "hey, we have a chance to sweep, that's great, we are rolling, turning things around, putting the bad play behind us, root for the Os."

Silence?

No mention by Nats announcers, either. Same employer, the bush league Baltimore Orioles.

there was a free kevin brown chant during the game last night from what i saw on twitter but the announcers ignored it.

They still have the upper LF section closed, even with the season they are having.

Not sure how to feel about the Astros beating them last night on a ninth-inning grand slam.

Everything involved with the Orioles has been so positive all year it's incredible the O's owners were dumb enough to mess up the good vibe.

I heard they opened up those left field seats for the Yankees series. Seems crazy they've been keeping them closed.

We went to the camden 30th anniversary game last year. Those sections was closed but the game was largely sold out. Fans kept going into the section and ushers kept chasing them out, until the ushers finally gave up.

That was a horrible game experience. They had videos on the scoreboard of great players from years past, including Ripkin, but the video board quaility is so poor that you could hardly tell who was who. The audio quality was awful too so you couldn't hear what the players were saying. And the concession lines were insane. My son loves the nostalgia feel of the park and wants to go back, but I really don't want to pay for that kind of experience. I'd much rather go to Nats Park or FredNats Park.

I went to a game there a month ago and the experience was nowhere near as nice as Nats Park. Eight of us are going to the day game tomorrow against the Astros but that's because I'm taking nephews, nieces and grandkids.

These sites that rate the MLB stadiums automatically rate O's park high but they need to go to a game there and rethink that.

I forget the status of the Os lease there. I think they want the state or Baltimore to commit some money to stadium upgrades like the video board. Or maybe I'm projecting because the Nats want that, too.

it's a great stadium to walk around inside before or after a game. That's about it.

Even then Camden Yards is more closed in where Nats Park is more open. The only place Nats Park is closed in on the concourse is behind home plate. I like the openness more.

Totally agree.  I do like Boog's though - horseradish!
