I'd like to think that every person in this world is. I don't care where it is something like this happens, it's horrible. I don't even know if there are enough prayers to be said that can ever comfort the victims, and there are sooooo many and that's not even counting those slain.
I really hope that God smites Westboro! I really really do. It's been a long time since there's been a good smiting and those bastards sure do deserve it. Sorry for the derail.
