With Strasburg getting shut down, I don't think it'll happen, but I'm really happy with 90-95 wins, so whatever.
I say this every time it comes up, but Strasburg getting replaced with Lannan will likely result in a difference of 1-2 wins at most. It's not like we'll suddenly be below .500 on the month of September because Strasburg stopped pitching.
Oh, I only think it'll be a 1-2 win difference, too. But then I'm expecting the Nats to lay off a little bit once they wrap up the NL East, so I don't think they'll really chase the 100-win mark.
Depends on how much they value the best record in the NL.
Easily, assuming Werthless doesn't ruin the vibe with his cranky ass. Don't mess with the Nasty Nats.
I want them to win 112 so my pre season prediction is correct.
He was in the dugout pretty much every home game until last week, I'm pretty sure.
Oh this doesn't account for losing any series.
I'd be completely happy with a 95 win season. Even 90.
32-31 would be disappointing the rest of the way. 37-26 would be pretty solid. 39-24 would be fantastic.
I guess, but I have a hard time thinking they are going to keep up this torrid pace.
