He's a likable kid, has the humility of an 8th round pick and has put up comparable numbers to Cavalli throughout his minors career.  If he keeps it up in Rochester, no reason he couldn't come up mid season.

higher K and BB rates for the most part, but some better FIPs, especially after his initial exposure to a level. Cavalli threw more innings at AAA in 2022, but then blew out his elbow.

more or less, to be a starter, he probably needs to cut that BB rate down to 3 per 9 IP while maintaining at least  9 K/9. If his K rate is higher, he can relieve if his K rate creeps up to 4 per 9
