Davey's major weakness over the last 2 months has been his lineups.     He simply can't stay in one place.   As it relates to the L/R thing,  some guys can't hit either one consistently enough to play them regularly.

Bernie - last 28 days - 60 PA, .245 / .322 / .434, better in the last 14.

His overall numbers are going to be depressed due to his bad start, but he is OK as a 4th outfielder.  Kobes & Lombo haven't shown much more than that. 

Tracy over Lombo, OTOH, I don't quite get.  I'm guessing Davey is saying as long as you are here, I will play you because I want a lefty bat on my squad.  If you can't hit, then it is up to Riz to make a decision to pull you and give me someone else.
