O.k. - quick poll.  If you were me and like following the GDT while watching the action live but found yourself having to bathe and put your kids to bed, would you:

A.  Pause live t.v. and stop following the GDT until you're caught up; or

B.  Allow real time to lapse and just pick up as soon as you can get your fat ass back downstairs?

imagine how many games Werth has cost us - has to be 3-5 at this point.

Mrs. de Sade - "He's going to strike out looking."
Me - "No way, he'll ground out."

I wonder if they would let us DH for Werth instead of the pitcher when playing American league clubs.

He's helped us win 0.4 games, according to fangraphs.

Allright F.P. so if Werth ends up with a .250 ave, 20 Hrs and 70 RBI's for the season we should be happy?  :bang: :spaz:

Cubs
Central Division titles (3)    2008 • 2007 • 2003
East Division titles (2)    1989 • 1984
Wild card berths (1)    1998

Anything else?

Yeah, man.   The Cubs won the World Series in 1907 and 1908!     How could you forget?     ;)

Just now getting here, but was following on the drive home on my phone and saw Werth struck out looking with 2 on and 2 out! Surprising!

I hate the Yankees. I hope they get Burnett, and then he stays at Yankee Stadium late one night and fills it with gumballs.

Gotta get em all - Burrnets are like Pokemon.

This year's team has completely skewed my impression of what a "good" batting average is :?
