For those who saw the double by Vidro to score the 5th run, could Clayton have scored on that? They didn't really give any indication on the radio. I hate to leave man on third.

Yeah, Beckett got crushed in the 2nd inning. He left after giving up 7 runs in 1 1/3 inn. He was throwing 97-98 but they were crushing it.

See thats why i'm not always overimpressed with pitchers who can really throw heat. Ppl always associate a pitcher with 95+ fastball as the next big thing. Kerry Wood never turned into the pitcher the cubs thought he would be.
