I've wondered what kind of sales job Boras did on Mini Me and Rizzo to make him one of the highest paid position players on this team when he has such a high K rate...which this team generally hates.   Even though it's just one year, Mini Me will need to see a lot more stink before dropping a guy with a $5m contract.

Vargas turns 33 this year.  Better off just bringing up Darren Baker and Lipscomb at this point.  Signing Vargas made no sense for a team that's not going anywhere and needs to develop younger players.
