Gary Thorne and Bill Clement were my favorite NHL broadcasters...any broadcast team period, really. 

I have missed that duo...with Brian Engblom thrown in as the 3rd man.

would love to see him back in the nhl but it doesn't seem likely. NBC has doc and their B and C guys are all pretty good, too.

Gary calls the frozen four for espn, though i think.

With the amount of hockey NBC/NBCSN shows it's odd Thorne isn't there... I know over on hfboards the consensus prefers him over Doc Emerick!
