Morgan isn't starting because they said last night him and Burnett probably wouldn't even get to the stadium until after the game started or right at it.

MASN showed him arriving.  My guess is that Nyjer Morgan will pinch run during this game.

Yeah... he probably didn't have time to take batting practice.

Just gives him an extra day (the off day) to get settled before he gets the start batting lead off in front of the home town fans on Friday night!

Yay.  We get two breaks by the Marlins' defensive ineptitude.  That usually happens against us.

(Edit:  Willie's hit wasn't due to bad defense, I guess.  But Uggla is a bad second baseman, so whatever.)

i think JZ pitches well but he get pwned by Josh Johnson.  Last time Austin Kearns hit a grand slam - haha remember how long ago that was - and we blew a huge lead.  No chance we get 4 or more runs today.

Bob Carpenter:  you, sir, are dumb.

Talking about Zimm's hitting streak after a first inning at bat?  That's like explaining to us that the no-hitter was broken up with Willie Harris' leadoff single.

With this pitcher and the way we're playing, offensively, that IS noteworthy!

And Zimm continues to suck at throwing a baseball.

Fortunately for us, Bonifacio ran himself, hopefully, out of a rally.

Another throwing error.
Bench Zim-with-1-N. Put Willie Harris at 3B.

I am so glad we got rid of Bonifacio. What a pathetic bum. He's selfish, arrogant, and talentless.
He's quickly moving up on my hated players list.

Why does Carpy think stealing bases is arrogant?  Moving around the bases and scoring more runs than your opponent is how you win the game.

lol zimmerman does not deserve an all-star bid with the way he's been playing.

It's stealing third, that's arrogant because you're already in scoring position.

You realize who was at bat, right?
It's a terrible move in the 1st with Hanley Ramirez at bat. This wasn't the pitcher's spot coming up.

If Johnson is going to get those calls, we have even less chance than we already have.

From a baseball standpoint it's foolish.  For an announcer to keep using the same wording for each game smacks of a crybaby.
