Yes, our insurance is paying for us in the apts. Our tree cost $8,000 to remove (with a bucket truck and a bobcat)! A friend of mine knows someone who had to pay $11,500 to extricate a big old oak from their kitchen/property.
Those are combat prices. In two months it would cost $2,000 for the same tree.
