We're going to the Sunday matinee against the VGK.  I expect the Caps organization to have a great video montage / tribute for Schmidty...and for him to get a huge ovation from the Caps faithful...

He was a great guy first and foremost...hard not to root for him...and he is certainly far better than Orpik...

He is wearing an Alternate Captain "A" tonight...  :shock:

I don't think Alan likes folks in his space.     :)    The other day, Beagle was on G & D.    In studio, they held up the roster of the Flyers and asked Beagle who he disliked the most   ....   he pointed at the roster but the boyz didn't name names.     I mean, how is a fella supposed to decide?

I miss the old days when they would just beat the crap out of each other. The Flyers don't really even have an enforcer anymore.
