what does that have to do with anything? :rof:

Pushing a bunt into the shift is the same as a bloop against the shift. Dunn does the job he's meant to do on this team - you just don't understand what that is.

2 year contract, but during his arby years. If 2010 would have been his last arby year, then that's different.

He's been a big leaguer since '01 but some of those were only partial seasons so I don't know if he's in free agency now or not? I suspect he is.

SMH at Bob and Rob. Corey Patterson is one of the worst players in all of baseball. he has zero chance to resurrect his career.

his swing is horrendous.

Dukes should keep both hands on the bat when he swings.

Nice job by Patterson there.

Good AB by Patterson. I wish they had called up Maxwell instead of Patterson though. I have very high aspirations for that guy and he is 25 so its now or never.

Cot's had 2009 as an arbitration year. He was a FA signing for '08, but had arby years left, so a contract was signed to avoid that for 2009.

WTF?  Willie Harris was a free agent after last season.  He is no longer arb-eligible.

Oh mercy me. A victory for the Nats will be holding the Yanks under 10 runs.

j-max has plenty of time.  the guy was hurt in college and through a lot of his minor league career.  i agree he needs to start showing something of value, but he's shown some flashes of being a pretty decent CF.  he needs to work on getting his average up in AAA.  his glove is there and the instincts are there as well.

4-0, top of the 3rd, but Mets have bases loaded with 1 out.
