Big matchups coming up for the team:

Matchups with Kershaw, Grienke, Harvey, deGrom, and Syndegaard right off the bat.

Any idea how we plan on setting up the rotation? I can't find anything announced yet.

Gotta hope the Cardinals can lay a beatdown on the Mets this weekend!

I haven't seen anything either about the rotation. My guess is Zimmermann, Scherzer, Gio, Fister and Roark.

Nats announce their weekend rotation. So it'll be Zimmermann-Kershaw on Friday, Fister-Bolsinger on Saturday and Scherzer-Greinke on Sunday.

I'd say quick getaway game for the dodgers with Max and Zach, but it may be extra innings if no one scores.

Man with those pitching matchups I should hope so! Cannot wait for Sunday's game in particular, Scherzer and Greinke are both bad-assess and watching them compete is going to be too fun

Why so long for Scherzer? He didn't pitch in the ASG. He should be ready to rock for Game 1 of this series.

Waiting to pitch Scherzer on Sunday means he misses the Mets series. I don't like that. I noticed the Mets are saving deGrom and Harvey for us. Hmmmm.

I would rather our lineup face the 'ace' quality guys over the junkballers every day of the year. My nightmare scenario: 162 games vs R.A. Dickey, Livan Hernandez, and a bunch of random #5 starters.

Remember we were the only team to beat Bumgarner in the playoffs last year. But we got shut down by the likes of Peavy and Hudson.

Scherzer taking the 3 spot in the rotation lines him to pitch the first game of the playoffs (assuming no WC game) on regular or one extra day of rest. That's what it looks like they did their planning off of. A bit presumptuous, if that's in fact what they did.
