So there's an argument to be made that Mahomes vs Brady is the greatest SB QB matchup ever:

Brady versus Big Dick Nick.  Almost 900 yards passing between the 2.

That Super Bowl had the most combined yards of any game in NFL history.

In terms of QB performance, that and the shootout with Jake Delhomme were 2 of the 3 best Brady games in the SB, along with the Matt Ryan game, but in terms of profile matchups, neither Delhomme nor Nick Foles had the HOF / MVP / High QB rating hype of, say Brady - Wilson.  For all the talent on the field at QB, Brady Warner wasn't hyped at the time as a match up, and the Brady Eli / Brady McNabb / Brady Goff games were less offensive showcases than great defense.

Which game did I miss?  Warner, Delhomme, McNabb, Eli, Eli, Wilson, Ryan, Foles, and Goff.  I think I got them all.

Performance matters. Not hype.

I was focused on Brady games, but in terms of all time QB match ups, Marino - Montana is way up there, also Staubach - Bradshaw.

It was interesting to see Ryan vs Brady score so highly, everyone forgets Ryan was a stud that year.

Thought this was interesting. If the chiefs win Mahomes will have won two SBs before losing 10 games in his career.

I remember one of the Brady Mahomes games when the Patriots were up 3 scores or so at halftime and the announcers were talking about MP solving Mahomes and then the 2d half was a huge comeback shootout. I think it was a regular season game in Foxborough

There was the 2018 AFC title game in which the Pats led 14-0 at half and the Chiefs put up 24 in the 4rd quarter before NE ended up winning in OT.

Amazing to think how close KC was to 3 straight SB appearances with Mahomes.

Schefter says the eagles are expected to trade wentz in the coming days. Chicago could be a landing spot.

Yea.  When I was a young kid my Dad and 4 older brothers were hit on their way to church by a drunk driver. Mom and I were at home. The old man had all kinds of problems with his hip the rest of his life.  Hope you are doing better with your injuries.

Calvin Johnson: drafted, played, and made the HOF after Tom Brady had already won three SBs.
