tuned in just at the end but saw Ver... from City get robbed by a great reaction save and then just miss wide on another shot.

Constant up and down.   Great tending on both ends.   Nice passes as well.

i;m going to be picky and say it could have used a couple more goals. 2-1 would have been nice

Euro 2012 Group B is truly scary: Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Portugal.  Finally a "group of death" that lives up to the billing

I don't see Denmark scoring more than two goals in that group.

Germany and Netherlands should get through.

I'm not a soccer fan at all, but I'm really looking forward this tournament.

Any time you put Germany together with some of those countries, it surely is a group of death.

At least they pushed forward, though. Stoke were down 3-0 against Manchester City and still sat back. It was ridiculous. 76% possession for Manchester City.

Just saw (replay perhaps) the Canaries vs Wolves.   Great play in the 2nd half.

Well it's not just the Nats losing players who then go on to thrive elsewhere...City is flying high with Arsenal alums.  Never really recovered from the loss of Nasri.

So ya... Blackburn was getting their asses kicked, yet they pull out a tie. I missed the first half, so I'm going to assume they were getting their asses kicked in that half as well.

Amazing saves to end the game.

Not a bad workday...crickets on email/phone and back-to-back live EPL games.  Spurs/Norwich City just started.  Go Canaries!

So, I get home and turn on FOX Soccer  ...  Liverpool vs Blackburn.    Got a big fella playin' defense for the Rovers ..  #4.   Wanna see how big he is  ...  6'4"  about 200 pounds.   Wow !    Then I saw the final score on the Rovers' site.   Oh well, no sense continuing on.    Might as well watch the damn weather on NBC4 now.

PS   I wouldn't even continue on if it was the Steelers.

That's Samba. Great defender. He needs to be City's top target next month, IMO.

He's a big dude.   Only other guy I've seen that tall is the white guy on Stoke (I think) but he's gangly.    Do you know who is the biggest guy in the Premier?
