Big win for Sparty tonight. It's too bad the refs hosed them out of a victory or they would be in the top 4.

I think they get there if they win the big 14

Very possible but they'd be in much better shape if that loss wasn't on their resume considering that OU can advance if they beat OSU next week and of course ND is not going to be left out by the committee.

I think it's Alabama, ND, Clemson (if they win out otherwise big 12), big 10

Gameday had a piece today on the great relationship that exists between Ezekiel Elliot and Urban Meyer but he threw Meyer under the bus (and basically declared for the NFL draft) after today's loss. Things are always good when you're winning. :hysterical:

OU in the midst of a meltdown (that could be good news for MSU).

I agree but the play was there to be made. The QB just didn't get the throw where it needed to be.

So much for the relationship. It's all good until adversity rears its ugly head.

Let's not over react.   It's merely a student athlete expressing his sensitivities.

I like that ol' Zeke failed to mention they game planned for him to have about 1/3 of his usual snaps because he was out M-W with health issues. His Bosworth impersonation was pretty great though.

There seem to be ten or twelve teams that are fairly even this year and maybe even a couple of others who could play with most of them on a given day (e.g., Navy).  They would be best off to expand the playoff down the road.  If Division I FCS and II and II can do it so can FBS.

Plus, in the carries he had, he was 12 for 33 ....   2.8 YPC, a real dynamo in this game.    Michigan State out manned 'em.

BTW   I like OSU.

I wish every football game was played outside in the elements, I am loving the TCU/Baylor game.

Thanks but I really have no great allegiance to Baylor, my son in law in manages the club in their stadium so that's why I started following them but since he'll be moving on to a new club soon my interest in Baylor football will be waning come next year, although since all of my daughter's friends in Waco are Baylor alum and they're super nice people I'll probably continue to hope they do well.

Art Briles looked confused the entire game yesterday.  I'm more convinced now more than ever he doesn't have a playbook.
