I'm so ready for robo umps.   Strasburg's skill is neutralized when you don't give him calls on his perfect pitches.

Anyone remember last night when Fox kept talking how the Nats had scored 49% of their runs with two outs? I wonder what the percentage of the runs the Nats have given up came with two outs?

Suzuki framing and presentation is bad. He’s not helping stras out at all on those close pitches.

That’s part of the problem.

Ump handed them the inning

I agree wouldn’t complain but he is calling strikes on the nats that are balls for the houston

Framing should not matter .
If it’s a strike it’s a strike

Another high pitch count for a starter. Bullpen is going to have to be stout for the entire series.

If we’re to win it will have to be in five games or less.

There’s really no reason umps should be influenced by the catchers glove. Just more evidence for automation.

Stras isn’t hitting his spots.

If a catcher has to reach it can make it tough on an umpire.

If a catcher has to reach it can make it tough on an umpire.
Then automate it.

Stros don't need the umps help with those kind of swings.

It just shows they can’t actually see the ball well. Guess work.

Nats have no eye.

Swinging at balls.

Ump giving strikes when it's balls.

Nats O is not in sync.
