well, he's sort of a low leverage mop up guy. he should be able to protect a big lead and save the A bullpen (Hand  / Hudson / Finnegan).  I'm sure they weren't pleased to burn Rainey.  Good to see if he can pitch back to back days.

With a six run lead against the Cardinals I’m just glad we didn’t go to Gio Gonzalez or Drew Storen.  :shock:  :icon_frown:
