Bring him up. Put YadiStar at DH and play Thomas, Robles, and Stevenson in the OF. Bring up DFA Cruz. Bring up Jake Noll and DFA Franco.

He's had over 400 plate appearances.  Not 109.

Palacios outplayed him and is younger. Not surprised to see him up first for an extended run.

In a more sane world, Yadiel Hernandez would be DH so that Thomas and Palacios could be playing every day in the corners. Andrew Stevenson would be a fine #4 OF down the stretch. Bump him to starter if Robles falls apart again.

Probably a decent 5th OF back in the day when teams could carry more non pitchers.

Cavalli pitched OK. Not Strasburg...better than a Fedde / Voth. Comfortable throwing 97mph, nice curve that reminds me of that prospect SP the Nats traded for Adam Eaton long ago.

I don't think anyone would complain if Cavalli were appearing in the All-Star game next season, which is what Giolito did when he was 24.
