Morse is owed $7 million for next year, not too bad if you assume that his power number can remain stable and he is healthy, but with his defense, how much is he really going to return in a trade? As for LaRoche, I'd go year to year with him at this point.
Laroche already said hes not comfy w/ a one year deal. If we give him another 2 year deal w/ a mutual option hed probably take it. Morse isn't as good at 1B as Laroche & Bryce will eventually need to move to a corner the writing is on the wall.
