That's what they did with Harper, would expect the same here.

AFL might be a good test to evaluate how close he is. It's sort AA quality, maybe not quite on the pitching side, I think.

A week in Fredericksburg, maybe a week in Wilmington. The Blue Rocks have been a whistle-stop this season, so Delaware fans deserve to see him. Then let him finish the year at Harrisburg...the schedule runs until September 17.
