Livo wasn't that bad.  His fielders let him down time and again last night and for a pitch to contact type, that pretty much means a bad outing.  I also remember him not getting some strike calls that the other pitcher seemed to be getting.

Yeah, Livo did fine after the first. I was impressed by how well he did for the rest of the game considering all his pitches looked flat.

 Looks great when you consider they didn't beat up the bullpen on a lost cause game at start of 16 straight scheduled days.

like I said, too little too late. He looked good tonight, but had not performed at the level he needed to stick. He was given a very short stint to show somerhing to a team looking to for any reason to justify sending him down.

But Gaudin has?
