Stevenson just seems like that player who would hit well if he played everyday but he doesnt do enough or have the ceiling to warrant ever giving him that. Like he seems like a .280/.340/.380 guy. With 2 Hrs
Stevenson was a terrific pinch hitter last year (8 for 19 pinch hits with 5 BB and an HBP).  I'm not sure he needs to play every day to be valuable.

Oh I think we are saying the same thing. I think he would hit for average if he played everyday but he has very little extra base pop and though he is fast. He isnt a base stealer. He doesnt have much of an arm either.

we've got a team option on Eaton for next year, so there's an opportunity for Stevenson to take over RF

63 degrees in Palm Beach County merits a winter weather advisory.

I still vividly remember that one time we had snow flurries. It shut down the entire state.

Today's game is on MASN.  Unfortunately I will miss it. MASN must be out of Orioles classics.

   I was gonna post today's game info:

MLB SPRING TRAINING

1 p.m. Tampa Bay vs. Washington » MASN, WJFK (1580 AM)

...   but then I saw your post.     MASN does carry a lot of Oreo's "classics".     The Nats don't seem to be getting much love   ...   anywhere.

Angelos has to pump up his team so he can sell some tickets.

Stras looking good after 1. Seeing the Nats on TV again is awesome.

I liked Carp's reference to October 28th.     :)

I have the sound off so I can listen to Rush. Sendley on 1st, Nike swoosh on the jersey, and matte helmets.  :panic:

Carp said Stras is tough to handle on February 28th.     FP responded by saying he hopes Stras looks good on July 28th.     Carp capped it off by saying he hopes Stras looks good on October 28th.    I'm down with that.

I was gonna buy one of those spring training game hats last year but they were too expensive.    May take a ride to the local "Lids" store tomorrow to see what they have in stock.
