Haven’t been able to watch much of the series. Nice to see the cheaters struggling so much.

You are going to see Vargas 0 for 3 with a GIDP and a bunch of strands, but he is putting the ball in play. He does not swing and miss. I'll take that most of the time with RISP. It just hasn't worked. Lucky we haven't needed it.

where are the walks he was known for? His stuff was supposed to be good, and he could pile up Ks, but he's been a high walk guy all along.

73 pitches through 7. Do you let him go for a shutout?

Are they really gonna pull him with only 73 pitches?

This is confidence, not just mechanics.  To make a first start at Dodger Stadium like he did required some incredible mental  strength.

Also, nice inning form Floro. I'd like to see him become more than just a use in blow outs or behind Bullpen B guy for the Nats. I'd like him or Barnes or Rainey to step up to be a "we don't have to use Weems and Garcia two games in a row because we have another set up option" reliever.

Parker is legit.   This team is good once we jettison Rosario, Senzel, and Vargas

What does Parker’s fastball top out at? Any movement.

haven't seen today's game results folded into his averages, but by rep it's low 90s with deception, effective, and set up some by his good breaking stuff.
