Get rid of LaRoche, and bring RZimm full-time to first base. Keep Span and pay him his one year, and decide his fate at the end of next year. Hopefully we'll see the playoffs again and he'll possibly be able to redeem himself. Lastly, Matt needs to learn to adjust the lineup and possibly the pitching order of the relievers when the status quo has produced nothing for three consecutive games.
As for Werth, well he's going to be here until the bitter end just like we all are. I'll be there next year, hoping to finally see this squad move past the NLDS and onto bigger and better things.
