Does that fall into the category of #littlevictories?

Yes, just like knowing each crappy Harper AB is one closer to his final one with this team.

Harper was frustrated to be asked about not running out the DP ball last night and whether Davey brought it up today like he mentioned he would.

“After I hit the ball 108 miles per hour?”

He ended the conversation shortly after.

Thanks...I think  That's really sadder than the lack of hustle...he doesn't even see it.  At least he said he respected the Big Intern for pulling him from the game and that (hustle) was part of the game...  :?

And what do you think Himself would have done as a PH?    Michael A. Taylor would have run out a DP ball.   Michael A. Taylor would never have let a gimpy, major surgery right fielder out hustle him to a short fly ball.    Himself struck out with two on a little earlier (8th?).     Yeah, sit the bum.

Yes MAT will run all day for a paycheck. He will also not get on base as often as Harper.

Harper is having a bad year so far. Still way better than MAT.

Never said Himself didn't have more talent.   He just has less heart.

MAT is making $2.5MM...Royce is making $20MM...

If you owned a business and they had sales numbers that matched the numbers these two guys have at the plate and in the field, and could keep one guy employed during rough times...which one are you keeping?

I'm firing both and pocketing the money and going away to a tropical island to sit in a hammock and drink ice cold beer and rum under palm trees.

:lmao: I can't believe he said that. I don't know what the MPH was but I doubt it was 108.

Wait, I turn the TV sound down most games now. Did FP really say something about how hard Bryce hit the ball as an excuse?
