65. It was 1964 so I was 10. My dad was stationed at Clark Air Base where we were living the good life. It was a Saturday and I had plans with a couple of buddies to go see a Hercules movie at the base theater. When out of the blue Mrs so and so pulls up to our house and says she has some extra tickets to go see Bob Hope. Next thing I know I’m in the back seat of Mrs so and so’s station wagon off to see Bob Hope, Jerry Costello, Phyllis Diller and the rest of his troupe. I was pissed that I missed Hercules.
