One of the reasons I'm not really an NFL fan. I follow the Pats, don't root against Washington, mostly out of loyalty. But the size of these guys, the speed, and the punishment they inflict make the game more of a snuff film than a sport.
And now that the science is starting to show that repeated small blows to the brain can be as dangerous as big concussions, you have to wonder about the future of the game. at some point there are going to be some huge lawsuits.
