Just got back from the game.  Very nice effort by Joel, by far his best outing.  As I have said before if he can command his pitches he can be a good starter.  Jesus Flores owned once again.. He did more in this game than Schneider does in a whole week.  Good win, Nationals!

I've been to both home games.  They have definitely played like a MLB ball club both games.  Got some clutch hits tonight.  SF was lucky to win Friday night.  Felipe made a great play at SS tonight.  First one in a while.  His plate approach is still awful.  Zimmerman cannot hit in the first inning takes him 2 or 3 AB's to get going.  Flores tomahawked  a 435 ft HR.  Quite impressive.  Church had a great AB to get SF.  Fouled off some off-speed pitches that he normally swings through.  Colome looks healed threw 96 mph tonight in getting Molina out.
Would love to see Flores get another start against lefty Zito tomorrow but I know that won't happen.  Hard to bench him after 5 hits in two games.
Bochy did us a favor taking out starter.  He was pretty tough.
Interesting to see if Chico has made some mechanically changes with delivery to help control.

I too was at the game last night!  Great Night for a ballgame.

No Erica, Teddy didn't win.   

The NATS managment did a real nice job for the day though.  Hmm.
 
        Navy people from the USS Theodore Roosevelt Color Guard to do the Colors and National Anthem.  I guess the carrier is back in Nearby Norfolk so they could come up!  I wonder if they contacted DOD to see when it was due back before scheduling the day?

         Some kids from Theodore Roosevelt HS were there.

          So was a group from Theodore Roosevelt Association

I also met Tom Terp tonight!  He was wearing a familiar T-shirt and he was passing buy with food along with his cute daughter! 

Speaking of Terps, they won too!
