that might be possible for an Angels starter if their lineup ever starts hitting.

I hate how Davey tries to get everyone on the roster to contribute, including providing opportunities.

The more I think about it, I dont mind this so much.  Harper's been struggling, so maybe it's best to sit him and let Moore - who's coming off a good night at the plate - get in again.

Interesting, let's hope this lineup works out. Slap in the face to the Marlins who will surely be motivated tonight.

Good God that Marlins lineup is UUUUUUGLY.

Don't really get sitting Span, particularly since his replacement is also a lefty. Have no problem with giving Harper a day to clear his head though. Let's see if Moore can keep his bat hot.

our lineup is still far better than the marlins.  Good game to rest the regulars in.

Yeah, I see no reason to sit Span unless he was feeling bad or injured.

Not thrilled with Shark in the two hole but I guess it makes sense not to move someone else around. I think Lombo may have been the better idea for there though.

I hope Solano gets the start tomorrow so Suzuki has a little rest for the Mets who at the least are better than Miami.

Would rather see Lombo lead off in this lineup and the shark hit seventh.

Harper and Span each out of #Nats lineup with flu like symptoms. With Espinosa (hand) still out, they've got 2-man bench tonight.

The Marlins are trying to sabotage our team.  Scum.

Haren better go the distance tonight.

Oh well.  I have my 50% off Papa John's pizza ready for delivery around 7:00 PM and I hope to not choke on it because of Haren's crapeness.

Mark Zuckerman @ZuckermanCSN

Davey went around asking pitchers if they can play outfield in emergency. Consensus was that Stammen is best choice.
