dvr'd it ... again, i'm a huge christian york fan.  TNA has a good thing going these days ... but i think WWE is really on the rise again, so it'll be tough for TNA to steal anything away.

York vs. RVD was pretty good.  I like what WWE is doing with their younger guys, but I still don't think they come close to matching the in-ring product of TNA.  Roode, Aries, Hardy, Styles, Daniels, Storm, & Angle can out-work anyone in WWE except Danielson and Punk IMHO.

Daniel Bryan is the best all-around wrestler in the game right now.

His in-ring persona is top-notch and just so natural.  While the current gimmick is hilarious, he has so much depth he can pull off anything and make it work.  As for his skills, he is regarded as one of the best technical wrestlers in the world.

Punk too.  I like the TNA guys you mentioned, but obviously WWE is the biggest stage, so WWErs get more pub and love.

I absolutely HATE the way he does drop-kicks.  HATE.

if i had to rate a top 5, i'd go with Bryan, Roode, Punk, Aries, & Styles.  Agreed about WWE being the major leagues, but I think TNA has come a long way since they got rid of Russo and focused more on their home-grown talent.

fun show tonight, the closing angle with Cena and Ziggler was really good, and will be rememberable for a long time.  I won't spoil anything else.  It is a lot different going to a TV taping versus a house show.  The taping was mostly story-line focused, with very little wrestling.  The house shows are all about the matches.

They come back to D.C. on 4/1 for the last show before wrestlemania, Rock will be there.  Pre-sale code from now until 1/4 is wwerawdc

Yeah. Pretty much everyone was there except misterio and sin cara.  Ryback, Bryan, punk, Seamus, and cena got the loudest pops.  Shield vs. Ryback in a 3-1 handicap match.

Read the last segment. Sounds awful and sophomoric.

It was, but so was much of DX's schtick. :)

the Cena/Ziggler back and forth leading up to the event at the end were really good, lots of toeing the work/shoot line.

f4wonline reports that RGIII was at the taping on Monday, which explains the numerous RGIII chants that broke out early in the show.  They should be pretty audible during the opening segment on Monday.
