You're not alone.    I don't mind nagin' but nagin' for nagin's sake is monotonous.

No I agree but man it's getting tough to believe we can come back when we're down 1 stinking run :(

I want the team to succeed as much as anyone, but I just can't bring myself to be all sunshiney when things are going the way they are. The pessimism on here is sort of an outlet for my frustrations, if you will.

He continues to get worse. That's the problem with all of these young guys like Barrett and Treinen. They are not improving or showing any positive signs. They just keep declining and screwing up.

to be fair...this on williams for pulling zimmermann early as hell

per usual...

You spelled his name wrong. It's Worst. Or maybe it's Waist. Or Waste. Take your pick.

but he wanted to use the bench juggernaut Reed Johnson with 2 outs and a man on first.

A big boy out would have been preventing them from taking the lead, FP.

That's the fault of the offense. There was a scoring opportunity and he had to pinch hit. Any manager would have done the same.

Agreed, with this bullpen you get as much as you can out of Jordan. It's not like our pinch hitters are any good anyway.

I think there were two runners on.

I get that that GDT has become a nagfest but it gets to be a bit too much. Even if the Nats lose, I look for little victories and hope they turn it around soon. I'm emotionally invested in the team and I won't give up on them.

It is a giant snowball of disasters with this team. The offense can't score any runs so thus we play these really close games that inevitably turn into a battle of the bullpens which we continue to lose over and over  again because our bullpen is putrid.

I get that this is an outlet. That's why the nagging doesn't get to me. But some posters are just over the top with their whining.

The excuse early on was that we were missing three of our starters. Well, two of them have been back for a while now and the team is still scuffling. What excuse is it now?
