Fantastic drive by the bengals. Used short passes and runs to set the stage for play action and longer passes.

Normally, my hatred for the Ravens would give me complete joy at the result, but I do feel a bit bad that it was Huntley who fumbled.  would rather it was one of their regulars, or better yet, a stupid penalty that gifts a score to the Kitties.

I’m just happy they lost. Now they can either fold and give Jackson Watson guarantees, or go forward with Huntley and fall a little bit further from contention

The jealousy for a team that makes the playoffs every year makes me smile.

actually. my attitude is more humane than that.  I make it a point not to hate other teams except for the Ravens.  Not division rivals, not teams we lost to in the Super Bowl, not generally the interconference teams we'd meet in the playoffs like the Colts, Broncos, Chargers, Chiefs, etc...  Ravens are the Wagner Group of the NFL. They even had their biggest star be a guy who got out of jail for murder. Notorious cheap shot artists like Pollard.  So I focus my hate on one team, and wish all other teams to be healthy and play their best.

This is pretty funny coming from a team that had Belichek and Brady and Aaron Hernandez.

I hate the Cowboys but it’s just tradition. No logical reason.

Jackson didn't even travel with the Ravens. If I had to make a bet, I'd bet they franchise tag him and trade him for a #1 (maybe to Indy?).

Gotta give Baltimore some respect, with a healthy Jackson they probably would have won that game. Dobbins and the Defense stepped up, and they almost connected on the game-ending hail mary.

Either Dobbs or Roman won’t be back. I’ve never seen a player so blunt about their OC costing them the game

Well, I could sit and argue the Ballghazi all day, but as for Aaron, yes, I guess that makes the score 1 to 1 with Ray Lewis. Only thing is, with HErnandez, the team left fans swap out their jerseys and merchandise for other team stuff when it came out he murdered somebody.  As for Ray, he's still worshiped.

Well one guy ended up in prison and another did not.  And don’t forget the Belichek spying.  We just don’t know what other things were done illegally and not caught. Maybe someday he will write his memoirs and tell us

Tonight I am rotting for Brady. And next week may be rooting for Dallas. It’s just not right.

Bucs had no business even being in the playoffs.  Sucks that the Lions had to miss the playoffs for that crap.

I'd like to see a hard and fast rule that no sub-.500 division winner makes the playoffs if there's a team with a better record in the conference. I'd even think about saying regardless of conference, and same would go for WC.  I thought it would have been a travesty had the Pats snuck into the playoffs at 8-9 and was rooting for Pittsburgh, tbh.  Miami ended up winning to make that moot, and gave a good game.  I think Pittsburgh playing in the NFC as the 7 seed (not 4) would have been an interesting twist.

I think you are essentially talking about what the NBA does. They still have the divisions but they don’t mean anything for the playoffs or seedings.

I like division rivalries in the NFL and think that a lot of the drama of the season is centered around those rivalries. Even a team having a bad year can get fans to care about knocking a division rival out of the WC, I'm not sure you'd get Cleveland fans to care about a final game against Miami the same way the care about knocking out the Steelers
