If he’s getting his entertainment district, DC is getting worked
$500 million for an entertainment district is less bothersome to me than $300 million for a Nationals Park scoreboard.
There’s an opportunity here for a real rebirth in Chinatown. I’m oddly optimistic about the situation. We’re not that far removed from that being a great neighborhood. This isn’t a generational decline, it’s a rapid drop off over a few years. It won’t snap back over night, but the potential is there.
