The App State win is solid but winning 4 games against bad teams is whatever. The entire ACC is propped up by preseason rankings and wins over bad teams, as always. MD has played Michigan (top 5) and Purdue (top 25/30), at least.

Virginia Tech is probably done as a football program if we're being honest. Their only hope is by some miracle the Big Ten or SEC decide to throw them a liferaft. They can enjoy the minor leagues (Big 12/AAC) one day, though.
