they need to send JP down to the minors, ie, send him to the P-nats just to rehab a little . and i say P-nats cause they are close...
i know the O's did this with their minor league team, the frederick keys, it was just outside balt, in frederick.
he needs to work on some strength, but do it on the minors times, not the big league. give some other pitcher in triple aaa a look at...
